Terms of Service
The one-time video pass terms for Bad Times AI.
10/20/2026
Bad Times AI sells one-time video passes for one fixed pet performance. It does not sell a subscription, and it does not sell credit packs. Purchased passes do not expire on a timer.
The generation
Each accepted generation is one 15-second video. 480p uses 1 video pass and 720p uses 2 video passes. A pass is not itself a 720p video. Seedance 2.5 Edit generates a silent video, and the reference audio is restored onto the result. The passes pay for that one generation. They do not guarantee a likeness, mouth timing, or a particular background match. A confirmed failure returns the passes that task used. A cash refund is a separate request. A paid download of a completed video has no watermark.
Accounts and photos
Passes belong to the account on this website and cannot be used on another service. You must have rights to the photo you upload. A download does not grant rights in the reference sound, the performance, or a third party’s pet beyond the file this site delivers.
